Oasis Properties are a family run business with over 25 years experience.

Oasis Properties purchased their first student house in 1992 in Brudenell View, near the University and then went from strength to strength. The natural progression was then to open their first office, close to the existing shop. Oasis Properties have gone from strength to strength and are an established name in the Leeds student rental market.

Whilst we understand that we are looking after a major asset for their landlords, we also recognise that it is the tenants home.   • James Rosenberg

    Partner

    James is the founder member of Oasis Properties, starting the business in 1996 and is still here going strong. James has his hands full with a busy family life and is a dad to Talli, Joey & Jessica-Lily. James loves his football and particularly Leeds United.

  • Danny Rosenberg

    Partner

    Danny is James’s younger brother and partner and joined the business in 2002. Danny is a Dad to Olivia, Emily & George. Danny loves Leeds United and has been a season ticket holder nearly all his life. Danny is a serious runner and has completed multiple marathons.

  • Danielle Joslin

    Lettings Manager

    Danielle is the housing guru of Headingley, she might forget her own name at times, but she knows the interior of every single property and she will not rest until she finds the right house for each group. Danielle is a devoted Mum to Carmen & Denive.

  • Oliver Jacobs

    Admin King

    Oliver is the most recent signing to the Oasis team. Oliver keeps the office ticking over and involves himself with all aspects of Oasis Properties. Fortunately Oliver is also an avid Leeds United fan and travels the length and breadth of the country going to games. Danielle has no choice but to join in with the post game football chat. In addition to Leeds United, Oliver loves literally all sports and would probably go to a Tiddlywinks game if he could.

  • Richard Harrison

    Head of maintenance

    Richard has been carrying out the maintenance for nearly 10 years and is always very popular with the tenants. Richard bears an uncanny resemblance to the Hollywood actor Vince Vaughan and remarkably Richard is a Grandfather.

  • Gemma, Selina and Shelly

    Gemma Selina & Shelley are the fairy god mothers, they come in and clean the communal areas, so whenever they are seen they are always welcomed.

    With a wagging tail and a heart full of enthusiasm, Teddy brings a bundle of joy and positivity to our workspace every day. A true embodiment of the phrase “man’s best friend,” He greets everyone with boundless affection.

    Meet Ivy, the heart and soul of our team. With a wagging tail and a perpetually happy demeanour, Ivy brings an unmistakable charm to our daily routines. Whether offering warm cuddles during brainstorming sessions or eagerly participating walks.

At Oasis, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our tenants. However, we understand that there might be occasions when you feel the need to voice a concern or lodge a complaint. We value your feedback and take such matters seriously. This complaints procedure is designed to ensure a fair and efficient resolution process.

Complaints Procedure

 

1. Initial Contact
If you have a complaint, we encourage you to first raise the issue directly with our Designated Contact Person/Property Manager. You can do this through email, phone, or in person at our office. Our team will make every effort to address your concern promptly and professionally.

 

2. Formal Complaint Submission
If your issue remains unresolved after contacting our designated person, or if you feel your concern has not been adequately addressed, you may proceed to submit a formal complaint. This can be done in writing, either by email or letter, addressed to [Complaints Department/Manager Name and Contact Details]. Please provide a clear and detailed explanation of your complaint, including relevant dates, times, locations, and any supporting documentation you may have.

 

3. Acknowledgment
Upon receiving your formal complaint, we will acknowledge its receipt within 7 working days. This acknowledgment will provide you with an estimated timeline for the resolution process and inform you of the steps that will be taken.

 

4. Investigation
Our team will thoroughly investigate the matter by reviewing all relevant information and speaking with involved parties. This process might involve conversations with you, as well as any other individuals connected to the complaint.

 

5. Resolution and Response
Once our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a written response outlining the findings and any actions we plan to take. This response will be sent to you within 7 working days from the completion of our investigation.

 

6. Appeal
If you are dissatisfied with the proposed resolution, you have the option to appeal. You can do this by contacting our [Appeals Department/Manager Name and Contact Details] within 2 working days of receiving our response. Your appeal should clearly state the reasons for your disagreement and any additional information you believe is relevant.

 

7. Final Decision:
Following your appeal, our [Appeals Department/Manager] will conduct a further review of your complaint and provide a final decision in writing. This decision will be communicated to you within 3 working days from the receipt of your appeal.

 

8. Completion of Procedure:
Once a final decision has been reached, our complaints procedure will be considered concluded. We are committed to using this process to resolve complaints fairly and efficiently.
