We operate a let only service, whereby we find the tenants, manage the contract process, including the collection of deposits and guarantors and when all is complete we pass over the paperwork to the Landlord. Full Management Service

Our full management service is fully comprehensive, we ensure the house is let, manage the contractual process and ensure that the house is fully compliant and that all deposits are protected.  We would then carry out a schedule of condition of the house prior to the tenancy commencing.  On the day that the tenancy commences we would manage the key collection process and get the tenants moved in.  We would then manage the house on a day to day basis, so would deal with any maintenance issues and would collect the rent.  We would then send the received rent to the Landlord along with a statement detailing the make up of the rent.  The Landlord can be confident that the house is all legally compliant with gas, electrical, fire alarm and EPC certificates being managed and kept valid and in date.
