There are 2 really fantastic, light open plan, living rooms and kitchens with a large plasma TV on the wall, so there is plenty of chilling space. The 2 kitchens are modern high gloss kitchens, with washing machines and dishwashers included. The house is ideally located for the Becketts Park campus and is also really close to the fantastic bars, restaurants and shops that Headingley has to offer and travel into and out of the city is also really easy. The house has off street parking and a garden. The great ting about this house is that there is so much space for a large group. All Oasis Properties houses are bills inclusive meaning it's hassle free, no stress and no nasty bills for the tenants. We use super fast wi-fi and have a huge allowance for gas and electricity so you will be able to have the heating on as much as you like. Oasis properties provide £5000 cover per person with the provision of contents insurance with the market leader Endsleigh. Oasis will take care of setting up all the bills and ensure a smooth transition for when you move in, so as soon as you collect the keys you will be good to go. There is a cleaner included who will do a monthly house clean, refreshing all the areas nobody wants to do. Maintenance is reported via a maintenance online portal so everything is timed and dated ensuring you are kept updated throughout.
