I have been with oasis properties for 3 years now and they are a reliant professional estates agents, they provide cleaners once a month and the maintenance issues are always resolved asap, they are all friendly and are understanding of any issues or queries regarding rent. We had no issues with our flat when we moved in, the pictures provided online where exactly how the accommodation looked, I have recommended multiple friends to use oasis and will continue to do so
